​need to pull out a variac, and turntable with aluminum base. There is a meter stick a electric lightbulb circuit and batteries that attached to the turntable. Plug the variac into the wall, and the turn table into the variac.  Attach the electric circuit meter stick device to the turn table and complete the circuit so that the lights are on.
