Operation Steps
1   Put the magnet on the screws head.
2   Magnetically attach the screw's tip to the battery
3   hold one end of the wire to the battery's top
4   Touch the bottom of the wire to the magnet
5   Flip the magnet and it will spin in the opposite direction

Analysis

The screw, magnet and wire all conduct electricity and complete a circuit with the battery. The magnet is free to move because the screw can freely pivot on the battery. When you touch the wire to the magnet and current flows, it induces a magnetic field around the wire. This field acts on the magnet, causing it to spin.
If you flip the magnet, it will spin in the opposite direction.
