Objective

​To demonstrate chaotic motion using a wheel of suspended cups that are filled from above and losing water from a hole in the bottom of the cups.

Assembly Instructions

Place the wheel assembly into an aluminum catch pan.  Place the acrylic sides around the wheel assembly per the photographs.  There are bracing plastic used to make sure the walls stay vertical.  Place the pump in the aluminum pan.  Fill the pan with water​ as high as possible.  Getting the water started does take a little fussing at times.  **Provide lots of Paper Towel**

Operation Instructions

Turn on the water pump and move the wheel so one of the cups is being filled with water.  Then stand back and observe the chaotic motion.  Be sure to turn off the pump when finished.​
