Assembly Instructions

Instructions
One simple example of harmonic motion is a weight moving up and down on a spring. There are several large light springs which when combined with a weight of a pound or less give a system with a very reasonable time constant. One good combination is the bright yellow ball on the end of the soft 1" diameter spring. A variation is to place a spring balance in series with a weight on a spring to show the force exerted on the bob.
