Operation Instructions

Instructions:  Drop the bouncy ball into the beaker of water.  Observe that the ball floats.  Ask the students what will happen when oil is poured over the ball.  Much to their surprise, the oil does not cover the ball, but rather the ball rises up and floats in the oil, above the water.
