Center meter stick on turntable and attach with putty. Set pennies every 20 cm along the radius of the meter stick.

​Turn on the power switch and then control speed with the variac. Use the multimeter to obtain the frequency of rotation and Dq as a function of r for the pennies and then calculate ms.
